Maintaining good relations with customers is a must for every online pharmacy. Our website completely satisfies the customers with the service and products that we provide. The refund policy of our website only claims when the customer falls under the following category-

· If the product is damaged during the delivery, customers are eligible to ask for a refund by getting a 50% refund on the order placed. 

· The refund application for any damaged product will be accepted within 24 hours through email.

· The period for the refund of money will be initiated after the customer product is returned, and within 8-10 business working days, the amount will be credited to the provided bank details. 

NO-REFUND FOR–

· Customers are not eligible to get a refund; if one has provided the incorrect address. 

· Customers requiring the reshipping of the product will be charged additional charges. 

· No refund will be accepted if the product is damaged by the customer. 

· Refunds for the product will not be provided once the tracking details are shared with customers, or the merchandise is shipped.
